Sketch Crawl January 2009 Skibbereen - West Cork

The first Sketch Crawl event was fun! The day was
grey, cold and stormy but our intrepid group turned
up nonetheless. We met at Working Artist Studios at
11:00 am and headed off into the town of Skibbereen
until around 2:30 pm.
Since it was so cold and stormy followed by rain halfway through the Sketch Crawl, many of us hunkered down in the local coffee shops, much to the interest of the staff and other customers.
Here's a pic of just some of our group at work. Followed by a small selection of sketches. A thank you goes to one of our Sketch Crawlers Anna, who brought along some great German style, very tasty cakes - thanks Anna!
The next Sketch Crawl takes place on April 11th 2009 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm starting at our studios in Skibbereen, West Cork. You can read more here about Sketching and the Sketch Crawls.
